Aware is a science film that follows six brilliant researches approaching consciousness from different perspectives.
My concept was to approach the material like a soundscape, leaning into the cinematic imagery and meditative nature of the film. The juxtaposition of human and nature sounds reveal questions about the meaning of awareness and consciousness. The goal was to emphasize the tag line: The Science Behind the Soul.
